About Grundblik
Our purpose
Grundblik is a Danish tool for understanding land parcels and their surroundings. We bring together registered information and show what it can—and cannot—tell you about a particular cadastral parcel. Use it as a starting point for comparing addresses and asking better questions before further investigation.
Who is responsible for the information?
Grundblik publishes the compilation and indicative calculations. Individual data come from the sources identified beside each result. Source providers do not edit Grundblik and have not endorsed our combined assessments. The service is not a public authority or an official property valuation.
Facts, interpretation and uncertainty
We distinguish registered facts, calculated distances, area statistics and checks not yet completed. We do not publish owner profiles or draw legal conclusions from parcel shape. A high score cannot replace checks of essential risks or rights.
Corrections and contact
Found an incorrect address link, unexpected value or unclear explanation? Contact Grundblik with the page address and a description of the error. Include a reference to the relevant source if possible. Do not include CPR numbers, passwords or other sensitive information.
How to use Grundblik
Find a permanent property report, read its sources and limitations, and open the interactive analysis for further checks. The method page explains scales, data and weighting. Before buying, designing a project or deciding questions about rights, obtain relevant current information and professional advice.
