2. The service
Grundblik helps you investigate and compare land parcels and their surroundings in Denmark. Results and scores are indicative assessments based on available information and selected preferences. They do not guarantee a property’s quality, value or suitability.
3. Free use and possible future charges
The available features are currently free to use. A free account does not automatically become a paid subscription. Any future charge requires clear information about prices and terms and your separate acceptance before payment is collected.
4. Accounts
Find a plot, Compare properties and Monitor saved lists require a free account and a verified email address. Single-address searches are available without an account. Use your own email address as your login ID and protect your password. Your name, telephone number and user-type details must be accurate. Professional users and public organisations may act for others only with the necessary authority. Accounts are personal. Contact us if you suspect misuse.
5. Scores, uncertainty and verification
A score helps with comparisons and does not reflect every aspect of a property. Information may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and results may change when data or methods are updated. Missing information is not evidence that an issue is absent. Independently check important information before buying, selling, designing a project or making other decisions.
Grundblik does not provide binding determinations about building rights, access rights, boundaries, easements, contamination, insurance coverage or lawful use. Results do not replace relevant official information or individual advice from, for example, a lawyer, building surveyor, licensed land surveyor or engineer.
6. Saved lists and monitoring
Where monitoring is available and you activate it, selected addresses are checked periodically. Checks may be delayed or fail. No finding or notification does not prove that a property is not for sale. We do not guarantee detection of every listing or change. You can stop monitoring in the service or contact us. Account messages and checks you request are service messages and do not subscribe you to marketing.
7. Permitted use
You may use the available functions for your own investigations and lawful professional purposes. You must not attempt to access other people’s accounts or private lists, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or perform automated bulk collection that burdens the service or infringes rights. Grundblik’s presentation, software and other protected content must not be copied or redistributed contrary to applicable rights. Rights in third-party content belong to their respective owners.
8. Operation and changes
We may maintain, correct and develop the service. Features may be temporarily unavailable. Affected users will be informed appropriately about material changes to account terms. Changes do not apply retrospectively to agreements already made.
9. Restricting or closing an account
You can request account closure by contacting us. We may restrict an account where misuse is documented or security requires it. Where possible and appropriate, we explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct an error. Necessary urgent security measures may be taken immediately.
10. Liability and your rights
Grundblik is provided as an indicative information tool. Liability is assessed under the general rules of Danish law and mandatory legislation. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Personal information
Our privacy policy describes account-data processing, recipients, retention and your rights. Accepting the terms of use is not consent to marketing.
12. Questions, complaints and governing law
Write to kontakt@grundblik.dk with questions or complaints about the service. Danish law applies subject to mandatory consumer rights. Any dispute is heard by the court competent under the applicable rules.
